I grew up playing in the streets in London and worked my way through the local leagues and played whilst serving in the Royal Navy. I moved to Seattle in 2004 and coached a kindergarten team my daughter played on. I formed the club in 2006 after I could not find a club to take on our rec team. I found a niche and realized that kids needed great technical coaching, lots of field space to practice, and low cost, so that regardless of any financial situation everyone could play. It is a winning formula we still follow today.

I was born in Tokyo, Japan and grew up playing soccer for a local club team and schools. Whilst studying biomedical engineering I played soccer for Boston University Division 1. I coached my oldest daughter’s soccer team to share the joy of soccer. It has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience for the last 7 years. LWPFC provides a unique player-centered educational experience where my own children are learning to play great soccer and making great memories along the way.

I grew up in the Seattle area playing for various teams and played in several State Cup finals, winning two with my club team and making the State semi-final with my high school, Lakeside. I absorbed different styles of play from the various cultures and personalities as a middle school mentor in the south Seattle area, which helped me discover my love for teaching. Coaching is a way for me to combine my two passions and I believe that Lake Washington Premier, a club that values well-structured, simple, and equitable football, is the perfect place for me.

I grew up playing soccer in Eastern Washington and was lucky enough to play through college at PLU. When my oldest daughter wanted to sign up for our local rec league, I decided to start coaching. Both my daughter and I were excited when the G11 White Moray team was formed. Since the inception of the team I have been an assistant coach and look forward to growing with the team.
